What this is
j2tmax.co.uk is the personal website of Joseph Kirk, a private individual. It exists to publish this page and the accompanying Privacy Notice for a personal, non-commercial project: software that runs on my own computer and reads my own bank account data, with my consent, so that an AI assistant can help me analyse my own spending.
No service is offered
The project is single-user and for my own use only. Nothing on this site, and nothing in the software it describes, is offered to, provided to, or usable by anyone else. There is nothing to sign up for, no accounts, and no fees. This is not a business and is unrelated to any company I work for.
No warranty
This site and the project it describes are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, this site or the project it describes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
